We have a busy week ahead so I wanted to give you a few reminders!
- Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 27th is picture day. If you are planning to purchase school pictures please be sure to send in the form and payment tomorrow morning!
- Book order forms went home last week through email and in folders. I plan to submit the order on Wednesday. If you plan to purchase books for your child, please send orders in or complete them online at www.scholastic.com/bookclubs (Class code is GR3YX)
- Our school's academic open house is Thursday night. Please drop in to the classroom anytime between 5-6PM The ice cream social follows from 5:30-7:00PM Looking forward to seeing you then!
- I hope to start having volunteers come in by mid-October. If you have not already let me know about your desire to come in, please do so soon.
- The first popcorn day was last Friday. Several students were disappointed to not have popcorn. If you would like your child to receive popcorn, please send money in ahead of time. $4.00 will cover the remainder of the year.
We are doing a great job at getting our classroom routines established so we can grow as readers, writers and mathematicians! We are working on building our read to self stamina and developing our literacy center expectations!
